Resolution: Free = 1K; Starter/Lite = up to 2K; Project Pack & Plus/Pro = up to 4K. Pack credits never expire; subscription credits reset each billing period.
Why fewer credits than other AI design apps?
We count Planning Sheets, not single preview images. One Best-quality sheet uses 2 credits and includes your design, numbered plants or finish callouts, and a DIY shopping list — a deliverable you can take to a nursery or contractor.
Monthly vs one-time?
Project Pack is ~$1.25 per Planning Sheet and credits never expire — ideal for one project. Season Pass is ~$0.52/sheet with 12 months VIP. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your Profile page. You keep access through the end of the paid period. Legacy Season Pass (one-time $129) customers keep their existing VIP until expiry — no action needed.
What if a generation fails?
If the run fails on our side, credits for that attempt are returned to your account. See our refund policy for details on purchases and edge cases.
